Service ticket – “Diagnose previously repaired unit”. Previous month was the HSI. This bad boys ignition module is defective. After verifying that all safety devices are in order and not causing the short cycle issue in heat mode, the module would ignite over 15 consecutive times, not lock out on ignition failure & eventually read the flame sensing rod. Only to repeat it again & again. First time coming across this in these units.
