Are you new to yoga? Haven’t done a crunch in awhile and scared how your body will react? It takes about 3-5 classes to start acclimating and then your body will show you it’s stronger than you think!
If you aren’t sure you can commit to the 4 week challenge, the drop-in rate for Zoom classes has been lowered this month too! Drop-ins are encouraged (starting at $10!)! If you decide you want to come more frequently after the first class, I’ll credit you toward the $75 -4 week challenge!
