I know that sometimes or quite often we don’t feel like it. Especially when its cold and grey outside (like today in NYC) I also have to force myself to get my 20 minutes fresh air. What helps me the most on such days is link the walk with something that I would rather do, such as to call a friend or listen to the newest episode of my favorite podcast.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
