How to make your own natural deodorant and why

If you’re looking for a more natural way to keep your underarms smelling fresh, why not make your own natural deodorant? It’s actually quite easy to do, and you can customize it to your liking. Plus, homemade deodorant is often much cheaper than store-bought versions. Healthier and better for the environment, too.

Here’s what you’ll need to make your own natural deodorant:

– 1/4 cup baking soda

– 1/4 cup cornstarch

– 2 tablespoons coconut oil

– 5 to 10 drops of essential oil (optional)

How-To Instructions:

1. Combine baking soda and cornstarch in a small bowl.

2. Add coconut oil and essential oil, if using. Stir until well combined.

3. Store in a small jar or container.

To use, simply apply to underarms as you would any other deodorant. Enjoy your fresh and natural scent!

Why is a natural deodorant better?

There are a few reasons why you might want to switch to a natural deodorant. First, many commercial deodorants contain aluminum, which has been linked to cancer and other health problems. Second, artificial fragrances in deodorants can be irritating to the skin. And finally, harsh chemicals in some deodorants can disrupt your body’s natural ability to sweat, which is not good for your overall health.
