On June 11, Roosevelt Island Day, Congresswoman Maloney and Roosevelt Island
Residents Association (RIRA) President Rossana Ceruzzi discussed effort to
bring a health care facility to Roosevelt Island.
Congresswoman Maloney says she needs to hear from the community and the
Roosevelt Island Operating Corp (RIOC) that a health care facility is wanted
and needed.
Ms Ceruzzi thanked Congresswoman Maloney for offering to help pursue a health care facility for Roosevelt Island and said she was sure the community would support such a project.
